In our opinion, the Scheme had kept proper books and financial statements which are in agreement with them given a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Scheme as at 30th June 2021 and the operating results for the year ended in accordance with Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 and Association of National Accountants of Nigeria Rules and Regulations Act 76 of 1993 CAP A26 LFN 2004.
